This Spectra Return policy (“RETURN POLICY”) sets forth the return terms governing Biot Device & related accessories item and Biot App on mobile platform (collectively “BIOT”), sold by Spectra Technovision (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“SPECTRA”) through online website / in-App or authorised reseller partner.
Orders booked on biotworld.in for hardware items can only be cancelled before they are packed for shipping.
- You can cancel your order online by using our online order search. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a cancel button will be available, click this button to cancel your order.
- In a rare case if a cancelled order is still delivered, please raise a return request within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return will be taken only if product is not activated and not used with the Brand Seal intact.
- If payment transaction has been successfully completed, then it may take up to 30 days for the refund credit to reflect in your account.
DAMAGED OR PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED ON OUR WEBSITE
Please inspect the device before using it. Please do not activate or start using the device in case of any external damage/defect. Once the device has been activated/used, external damage/defect claims will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
- In case of any issue, report the same at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and its outer and inner packaging.
- Replacement or refund will be subject to the result of due investigation conducted through the logistics partners.
- Product will be re-shipped to you subject to authenticity of your claim and its availability, within 10 working days of approval of your claim.
- In case of non-availability of the product, refund process will be initiated upon approval of your claim for damage.
- It may take up to 30 days for the refund credit to reflect in your account
- Incident will not qualify for a replacement or refund if it is established that the product was damaged post-delivery to the customer. In such cases customer will be informed by Spectra about the investigation results within 10 working days.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RECEIVED
In case the product is not working upon unboxing or within 14 Days from the date of receipt, kindly arrange to send the product to Spectra Service Center in original box with all inbox accessories and invoice.
- The Spectra service Centre will check the product to your satisfaction. Post assessment(*), if the product is certified by the Service Centre as defective, replacement will be shipped to customer, subject to product availability, within 10 working days.
- In case of stock unavailability of the product, a refund will be initiated and it may take up to 30 days for refund credit to reflect into your account.
- Only functional defects will be covered.
- Network/Software related defects will not be covered.
- Box and all original accessories should be available.
- There should be no sign of damage, tampering, water log
You may stop the Biot App subscription at any time for any reason, by following the instructions on Biot. We do not offer any refund.
You can migrate to higher subscription plan at any time. New subscription plan will come into effect immediately and any amount due for old plan will be readjusted in new plan terms.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your product is received at our service center and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your request is qualified for refund, a refund process will be initiated and it may take up to 30 days for refund credit to reflect into your account.
Spectra warrants that the hardware will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and the warranty period will be product specific. Product warranty will be provided on Return To Base (RTB) basis.
In the event of hardware issue, repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit will be carried out through our Service Center.
This warranty is VOID if the product is misused, altered, tampered with or is installed or used in a manner that is inconsistent with Spectra’s written recommendations, specifications and/or instructions.
Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim warranty. Any extended warranty offered by Spectra has to be supported by relevant proofs.
Spectra\’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.
To return your product, kindly arrange to send the product to our service center at 707-708, Venus Atlantis Corporate Park, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad – 380015, Gujarat – India.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
